If Rapaport Trade shows an old GIA, HRD, or IGI report - or an outdated report date - you can refresh the certificate directly from Manage My Diamonds.
Go to Rapaport Trade → Manage Listings.
Select the diamond(s) you want to update.
Click Actions → Refresh Selected Certs
Rapaport Trade will pull the latest certificate data directly from the grading lab database.
This feature is available only for GIA, HRD, and IGI reports. Updates may take a few hours to process.
If the report still does not update:
First, check the certificate on the grading lab’s website to confirm the lab has already updated the report on their servers
If the grading lab website shows the updated report, but Rapaport Trade still displays old certificate data, contact Rapaport Trade Support for assistance
This can help resolve issues where diamonds do not upload because Rapaport Trade is still detecting an older certificate version.
