Rapaport Ring Builder lets you build a finished ring for your customer around an eligible natural diamond on Rapaport Trade. You choose the diamond and the design. Rapaport manages the purchase, production, quality checks and delivery.
Available now to all Rapaport Trade members in the US, at no extra cost. Select Ring Builder in the left-hand menu to get started.

How it works
Choose the diamond or setting
Click Start with a diamond, or browse Our Exclusive Setting Collection and filter by center diamond shape, ring style and metal. For something not in the collection, use Custom Design.
Customize the ring
Choose the metal, metal color, center diamond shape and ring size. Then select a Rapaport Trade diamond. You can add engraving or special instructions for the manufacturer.
Review and send your request
Check the summary, including the setting price and estimated delivery. Accept the Jewelry Builder Agreement and click Place order, or click Save draft to come back later.
Placing an order isn't final yet. It doesn't reserve the diamond or commit you to buy. We confirm the diamond, final price and delivery date before anything is made.
After you order
Track every order in My Orders. Each one moves through these stages: Order received, Order validation, Payment made, Diamond delivery, Manufacturing, Shipping and Delivered. Use Message Rapaport on an order if you have a question.
You pay by wire or bank transfer once the order is confirmed.
Rapaport New York inspects the diamond, then the finished ring, including the precious metal.
Your ring is made in the USA, in about 14 business days from payment.
Good to know
Desktop only for now. Ring Builder isn't in the mobile app yet.
The price shown first covers the setting. The full price, including the diamond, shows once you've chosen it.
Customer-owned diamonds and setting-only orders aren't supported.
