Diamond Search Results Page

Learn how to use the Diamond Search Results page on Rapaport Trade to view, compare, and evaluate diamonds using table and gallery views.

Written by Philippa Corrick

The Diamond Search Results page is where you view, compare, and evaluate diamonds that match your search.

It’s built to help you compare confidently and move to the right stones without extra steps.

View Your Results

You can switch between two views depending on how you prefer to work:

  • Table view – Best for comparing multiple diamonds side by side

  • Gallery view – Best for quickly browsing images and visual details

Note: Gallery view shows only diamonds with media, so the number of results may be lower.

Table view

Table view is where most comparisons happen.

Each diamond appears as a row with key details:

  • Price and discount

  • Shape, carat, colour, clarity

  • Cut and lab information

  • Availability and location

  • Seller details

NEW Spot recent price reductions faster

Rapaport Trade price drop tag, diamond price reduction indicator, price drop badge, search results status tag, recent diamond price drops

Rapaport Trade highlights qualifying diamonds with a Price Drop tag directly in search results.

The green tag appears in the Status column and shows:

  • the amount by which the price was reduced

  • the date the reduction happened

This helps you quickly spot diamonds with meaningful recent price reductions without opening each listing individually.

Only genuine price drops qualify. The tag is designed to avoid temporary price manipulation or artificial discounts.

When the Price Drop tag appears

A diamond will show the tag only when all conditions are met:

  • Round diamonds only, 3 carats and below

  • Price reduced by 10%–20%

  • No price increases during the previous 40 days

Once triggered, the tag stays visible for up to 20 days unless the price increases again.

Important to know

Further price reductions do not restart the 20-day timer.
The tag always expires based on the original qualifying reduction date.

If the price increases during the 20 days, the tag is removed immediately.

Seller Information

Each listing shows who is selling the diamond.

  • Company name and initials (for named sellers)

  • Seller ID (if no company name is set)

  • Visual avatar for quick recognition

Platinum Sellers are clearly marked with a platinum badge and a “Trusted & Recommended” label.

This keeps seller credibility visible while you scan results.

Gallery View

Gallery view shows each diamond as a card with media.

Use it to:

  • Browse visually

  • View images more prominently

  • Open diamonds for full details

Work from the results page

You can act on diamonds directly from the results:

  • Compare diamonds

  • Track diamonds

  • Contact sellers

  • Share diamonds with customers

  • Export results

You can work on one diamond or multiple diamonds at the same time.

Diamond status

Each diamond may include a status:

  • G – Guaranteed available

  • STPS – Subject to prior sale

  • M – Out on memo

This helps you understand availability before contacting the seller.

Move to the next step

Use the results page to narrow down your options, then open diamonds or take action directly from the list.
