The Primary Account Holder decides what each additional user on your company account can see and do on Rapaport Trade. Permissions also control which notifications each user can get.
Watch the video or continue reading to learn how.
Before you start
Only the Primary Account Holder can manage user permissions.
Users can only be managed on the Rapaport Trade website, not the app.
All changes to your account go to your Account Manager for approval. This can take a day or two to update on Rapaport Trade.
View and edit user permissions
Go to My Profile > Rapaport Trade Users.
Click the Profile icon next to the user, then go to the Permissions tab.
Set this user's Rapaport Trade permissions by switching each one on or off.
Click Save.
Switching a permission off also removes the notifications for that feature. To learn how each user chooses their own notifications, see Managing Rapaport Trade Notifications.
Tip: Give each user only the permissions they need for their job.
