Note: Not all notification types support mobile push alerts.
If your notification settings are not showing all of the notifications mentioned in this list, please talk to your Rapaport Trade Primary Account holder about your user/access permissions.

Enable Rapaport Trade Notifications
On Rapaport Trade Web:
Click the 🔔 bell icon to view unread alerts.
Go to Notification Settings.
Choose which alerts you want: Web/Email/Push
On the Rapaport Trade App:
Log in to the app.
Tap Settings > Notifications.
Turn on Email and Push alerts.
✅ Make sure your phone's system notifications are enabled: Phone Settings > Notifications > Rapaport Trade > Allow Notifications
Deleting Notifications
On the Web:
Click the 🔔 bell icon.
Select one or more messages.
Click Delete.
On App:
Tap the 🔔 icon.
Long-press the messages.
Tap Delete.
Not Receiving Notifications?
Confirm your email/push settings are enabled in Notification Settings.
If some options are missing, contact your Primary Account Holder to check your user permissions.
Ensure app notifications are turned on in your phone’s settings.
