Upload the inventory going to the show
You can either upload diamonds using stock already listed on Rapaport Trade and just add them to show listings or upload a CSV inventory file.
Add Rapaport Trade-listed stock to show listings:
Complete your booth registration.
Rapaport Trade > Manage My Diamonds > Select diamonds you wish to upload
Actions > Add to JCK2025
Upload a CSV inventory file to show listings:
Prepare your diamond upload file as usual
Go to (or add) the column headed Trade Show
Add JCK2025 in that column next to each diamond that will be at the show
