Managing and Updating Your Diamond Listings on Rapaport Trade (formerly RapNet)

Update, edit or refresh your diamond listings

Written by Philippa Corrick

Rapaport Trade diamond listings must be updated once a week to ensure they remain active and visible to buyers. If your listings are not updated within 7 days, they will expire and no longer appear in search results.

Reminder:

  • You will receive an email reminder the day before your diamonds expire, containing a link to your listings on Rapaport Trade.

  • Diamond listings that are not updated, replaced, or refreshed within 7 days will be suspended, and buyers will no longer see them.

  • Please delete diamonds that have been sold as soon as possible to keep your inventory accurate and up-to-date.

Updating Diamond Listings on the Rapaport Trade App

To edit the price, availability, description, or simply refresh or delete your diamond on the Rapaport Trade app:

  1. Click the three dots at the bottom-right corner of the home screen.

  2. From the expanded menu, go to My Diamonds and click "Manage My Diamonds".

  3. You can update all diamonds at once by clicking the blue button at the bottom of the screen. This is useful to prevent your diamonds from being suspended after 7 days.

  4. Alternatively, you can edit individual diamonds by selecting the diamond you want to edit

  5. Clicking on a diamond also allows you to delete or share the diamond.

Updating Your Diamond Listings via the Rapaport Trade Website

If there are no changes to your inventory, go to Manage My Diamonds and click Update at the top right of your listings. This refreshes them for another week.

If there are changes to your inventory:

  • Update your inventory file: Open your diamond inventory file, edit the details, and re-upload it to Rapaport Trade.

  • If you do not have an inventory file, you can either:

    • Update listings one by one: Go to your listings on the app or Rapaport Trade website:

      • Go to Manage My Diamonds > filter and find the diamond you want to edit

      • Click the diamond's row to open its details > click the pencil at the top right of the panel > edit and Save

    • Export your diamonds into a CSV file, edit, and re-upload:

      1. Go to Manage My Diamonds > click the three-dot menu at the top right > Export & Reporting > Export All

      2. Your diamond listings export to CSV

      3. Edit the file > Re-upload to Rapaport Trade

Editing Single or Multiple Diamond Listings

Edit a Single Diamond Listing:

  • Click the diamond's row. It opens into a detail panel underneath, showing Diamond Details, Price, Media and a personal note.

  • Click the pencil at the top right of that panel.

  • Edit the diamond’s details and click Save.

Edit Multiple Diamond Listings

  1. The Multiple Diamond Data Update feature allows you to update multiple listings simultaneously, reducing the time spent on individual adjustments.

  2. Go to Manage My Diamonds > click Update Multiple Diamonds.

  3. Choose the Diamond ID Type — Lot ID, Report # or Stock # — and enter your diamond IDs.

  4. Under Status, Price & Location, select what you want to change, enter the new information, and click Update.

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation message when the update is complete.

Deleting Diamond Listings

  1. Tick the checkbox next to the diamond you wish to delete.

  2. Click the three-dot menu at the top right, then Delete Selected to remove it from Rapaport Trade.
