Rapaport Trade diamond listings must be updated weekly; otherwise, they are suspended and no longer appear in search results.
We will send you a reminder email the day before your diamonds expire with a link to your listings on Rapaport Trade.
Please delete sold diamonds as soon as possible.
What to do if your Diamonds are Suspended
If there are no changes to your inventory, go to Manage My Diamonds > click Update at the top right of your listings. This refreshes them for another week.
If there are changes to your inventory:
Update your inventory file: open your diamond inventory file > edit the file > re-upload to Rapaport Trade.
If you do not have an inventory file, you can either:
Update listings one by one: Go to your listings on the app or Rapaport Trade website:
Go to Manage My Diamonds > filter and find the diamond you want to edit
Click the diamond's row to open its details > click the pencil at the top right of the panel > edit and Save
Export your diamonds into a CSV file, edit and re-upload:
Go to Manage My Diamonds > click the three-dot menu at the top right > Export & Reporting. A second menu opens with three options:
Export Selected — exports only the diamonds you have ticked. Filter your list first, then select the diamonds you want.
Export All — exports your full list of diamonds.
Generate Report — sends a report to your Reports section. See the conditions below.
Your diamond listings export to CSV
Edit the file > Re-upload to Rapaport Trade
Generating a Report

The diamond is white and active.
It has a GIA, GIA DOR, or GIA + RDC certificate.
It is over 1 carat.
The following diamonds are not eligible:
Fancy-colored diamonds
