Introduction to Rapaport SellerIQ: Turn Buyer Interest into Selling Opportunities

See which diamonds buyers are searching for, opening and watching, and where demand is building across Rapaport Trade.

Written by Philippa Corrick

Rapaport SellerIQ shows you how buyers are engaging with your listings on Rapaport Trade: what they search for, which diamonds they open, and which media they view. Instead of waiting for an inquiry to find out what's working, you can see where attention is going, where it isn't, and where demand is building, and act on it sooner.

What SellerIQ helps you do

  • Track buyer interest. See which diamonds are attracting attention through searches, views, saves and media views.

  • Know what's working. Identify your high-interest inventory and focus on the stones most likely to sell.

  • Spot demand early. See which categories are growing, slowing, popular or running low on supply.

  • Price with confidence. Use real engagement and demand signals to back up your pricing decisions.

Inside SellerIQ

Search Trend Insights

Every diamond group is ranked by buyer search activity, compared with Rapaport Trade inventory and your own stock. Groups are sorted into four views:

  • Growing: Groups where buyer searches are rising fastest, with the percentage change against the market.

  • Slowing: Groups where interest is dropping off.

  • Popular: Groups buyers search for most, consistently.

  • Low Stock: Groups with strong search demand but few diamonds listed on Rapaport Trade.

Common questions

How often is the data updated?

Once every 24 hours. Most figures reflect activity in the time period you've selected.

Is the data based on real buyers?

Yes. SellerIQ uses verified buyer activity on Rapaport Trade. Non-human activity, test traffic and your own searches on your own listings are filtered out.

Can I see who the buyers are?

Not at the moment. SellerIQ shows combined engagement data only, not individual buyer identities.

Does SellerIQ change how my diamonds rank in search?

No. It's an analysis tool only and has no effect on search results or ranking.

How does SellerIQ work with ListingIQ?

SellerIQ tells you whether buyers are paying attention. Rapaport ListingIQ tells you where your price sits against the market. A stone with plenty of views but no sale is often worth checking in ListingIQ.

Who can use SellerIQ?
