Who can use Instant Inventory?
All Rapaport Trade members can create and preview a diamond feed.
To publish the feed live, contact your Rapaport Trade Account Manager to activate a free one-month trial or a full paid subscription.
To publish a feed, you must:
have an active Rapaport Trade membership
provide proof of an e-commerce retail website
If you're not a member yet, you first need to join Rapaport Trade and submit verification documents.
How it works
Getting started takes just a few minutes:
Fill in your basic settings (company name, website, email, currency).
Choose your diamond criteria.
Select the suppliers you want to work with.
Set your pricing markup.
Integrate the feed into your website.

Integration options
You can add Instant Inventory to your website in two ways:
Widget: an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly interface you can embed on your site with minimal coding.
API: full control over the look, feel and functionality of your diamond feed.

Good to know: Instant Inventory doesn't include a built-in payment solution. You handle checkout and transactions through your own e-commerce platform.
Images and videos
Instant Inventory supports high-quality images and videos, which make your website more appealing and help engage customers. Depending on what each supplier provides, listings may include:

Important: Instant Inventory is for display only. Downloading or storing inventory data for any other use isn't permitted and is a violation of the Rapaport Trade terms.
