We let you know straight away when you have a new deal on Rapaport Trade:
An email to the Primary Account holder's email address
A notification under the bell icon on Rapaport Trade
A counter on the handshake icon in the header
A push notification on the Rapaport Trade app
Turn on emails and push notifications for new deals, and read more in Managing Rapaport Trade Notifications.
Email notification
Rapaport Trade doesn't send deal details by email. The email gives brief information about the new deal. Choose Please click here to access Chats & Trades to go straight to the offer and trade securely on Rapaport Trade.
Bell notifications on Rapaport Trade
Select the bell icon in the header to see new offers and messages, newest first. A blue dot marks anything you haven't opened. Choose Show All Notifications to see the full list, Mark All as Read to clear them, or Settings to choose which alerts you get.
Handshake icon in the header
Select the handshake icon to see how many active and unread sell and buy trades you have. It works the same as before, with no tabs or search bar. To see all your deals and chats, or search for one, open Chats & Trades. The chat icon in the header opens the Chats tab there.
SMS and WhatsApp alerts
If you've turned them on, we send an SMS or WhatsApp alert when you have unread messages. We check for unread messages every 5 minutes. Set them up in Managing Rapaport Trade Notifications.
All communication about the diamond and the deal takes place inside Chats & Trades on Rapaport Trade.
Go to Settings Preferences to check where your Chats & Trades notifications are emailed and to request email updates.
