If you already have a conversation with that seller about the same item, it opens instead of a new one.

Yes, it pops up as before. The only time it doesn't is when you're already on the Buy or Sell tab with that deal in the list. The list just updates instead, as it always has.

On web, open the three-dot menu above the list and choose Mark All as Read.

In Chats & Trades, select the archive icon at the end of the filter row, after All and Unread. On the All and Chats tabs, this shows your archived chats. On Buy and Sell, it shows archived deals, together with canceled ones. See Managing Trades in Chats & Trades, which also explains the labels and statuses in the list.

A chat, yes. Open it from your archived chats, then choose Unarchive from the three-dot menu. An archived deal can't be restored, so start a new offer from the listing.

On web, use the item actions to share, create a public link, add a note, use the calculator, view price list changes, check the certificate or open the gallery. Each opens as a pop-up, and closing it returns you to the same place in the conversation. Choose more detail to see the full set of attributes.

They're deliberately left out of the member profile panel in Chat. Open the member's full profile, which opens in a new browser tab.

On web, open the conversation or the member's profile panel and choose Block. Read the confirmation, then confirm. The member can't message you, and you won't see anything from them. Blocking isn't in the apps yet. On mobile, swiping a chat row left archives it.

No. The blocked member isn't told, and your conversation history stays readable.

Open the conversation and choose Unblock. Messaging resumes both ways.

No. Blocking in Chat stops messages. To hide your listings from a member, or their listings from your search, see Block Trade with Specific Members.

The chat icon opens the Chats tab in Chats & Trades. The handshake icon hasn't changed: it shows how many active and unread buy and sell trades you have. It has no tabs or search, so use Chats & Trades to find a specific conversation.

It's hidden while you're on Chats & Trades, because your conversations are already open there. It appears on the other pages of Rapaport Trade.

Yes. Drag it anywhere that suits you.

Yes. Widen the widget to show the item or the member beside the conversation, or narrow it back to one column.

Selecting anywhere else on the site minimizes the widget. Close it when you're finished, and it starts fresh the next time you open it.

A dot on the button means something is unread. It doesn't show a count.

The new Chats & Trades design is on web first. The mobile redesign is still being built, so for now the apps work as before:
To negotiate, choose Continue Offer Negotiation.
Swiping a chat row left archives it. There's no Block option in the apps yet.
There's no undo after you cancel an offer.
