Left menu. Select Chats & Trades to open the screen.

Tabs. All shows everything, Buy holds deals where you're the buyer, Sell deals where you're the seller, and Chats your one-to-one and group chats. The number on a tab shows how many conversations have something unread.

Search and filters. Search by company name or account ID. Filter by all or unread, and on Buy and Sell, by diamonds or gems. The archive icon at the end of the filter row shows your archived chats on All and Chats, and archived and canceled deals on Buy and Sell. To unarchive a chat, open it from the archive and choose Unarchive from the three-dot menu. Archived deals can't be restored. The three-dot menu above the list has Mark All as Read.

Conversation list. Each row shows the item, who you're dealing with, the latest message or status, and when it happened. See Managing Trades for what each status means.

Deal header. The item and the member you're dealing with, the Agree to Offer and Negotiate Offer buttons, and the three-dot menu with Mark as unread, Cancel offer and View offers from this buyer.

Conversation. Your messages, shared items, and the notes that record every price change, agreement and cancellation. Use the message box at the bottom to type, attach a file with the paperclip, add an emoji, or select the microphone icon to record a voice message.

Side panel. Item details for the stone, the member profile for the company and contact details, and Negotiate Offer for the price, the terms and the activity log.
