On Rapaport Trade (formerly RapNet), your developer can connect to Rapaport APIs and SDK packages without using your login. For example, they can add the Rapaport Price List to your software, or your Instant Inventory feed to your website.
Good to know: Never share your Rapaport Trade login with your developer. Each login is for one person only. See our Login & Password Policy.
Before you start
Only the Primary Account Holder can activate API credentials.
You need a paid Rapaport plan to use the APIs and SDK packages.
Activate your API credentials
Under API Credentials, click Activate. This creates a Client ID and a Client Secret.
Send the Client ID and Client Secret to your developer.
What your developer does next
Your developer uses the Client ID and Client Secret to create a Login Token, which connects them to the API. Each Login Token is valid for 24 hours.
Full details are in the Rapaport Developer Documentation.
Legacy API Access Keys
Rapaport's older (legacy) APIs use Access Keys instead of API credentials. You'll find Legacy API Access Keys on the same API Access page. You can have up to two Access Keys at a time.
