Every Rapaport Trade login belongs to one person. This article explains the rules, how to give colleagues their own access, and what happens if a login is shared.
The policy
Login credentials are issued to the registered member and can only be used by that person.
Don't share your password with anyone, inside or outside your company.
Each person who uses Rapaport Trade needs their own login.
Every member agrees to these rules when joining. For the full terms, see section 4.3 of the Rapaport Trade Member License Agreement.
Giving colleagues access
If more than one person in your company needs Rapaport Trade, add them as additional users on your account rather than sharing a login. Additional charges may apply.
For step-by-step guidance, see User Management Basics.
Good to know: If a developer needs access to build an integration, don't share your login with them. See Set Up API Credentials for Your Developer.
What happens if a login is shared
If one login is used by several people, or in a way that breaks our security policy, access may be restricted or the account blocked.
We take this seriously because every member is vetted before joining. Shared logins make it harder to know who you're actually trading with, and open the door to fraud and misrepresentation.

The rule is one login per user. Your login is for you alone and can't be shared, whatever device it's used on. If someone else needs access, add them as an additional user. For more, see How many devices can log in to Rapaport Trade?

First check that no one else is using your login. If you still can't get in, contact us. We'll need to verify that you're the account holder before we can help. If the problem is with your password or email, Login and Email Troubleshooting may help first.
