On your Manage My Diamonds page, you can view all your diamond listings, update diamonds one by one or in bulk, change the status of your diamonds, and lots more.
Page Navigation and Features
Key features include:
Customize and quickly sort your diamond listings table: Customize columns to choose the preferred data you want to display.
Sort by Column: Click the column title to sort the column. An arrow indicates whether the column is sorted.
Customization: Re-order your columns by dragging and dropping them into place, according to personal preference.
Expand/Adjust the column width: Hover over the column bar to expand the column.
The controls above your listings table, left to right:
Sort By — sort your diamonds on up to four levels at once.
Filter — narrow the table by shape, size, colour, clarity, certificate number, status (see this page for what each availability status means), location and more. Show Only sits at the bottom of the same panel: Cash Price, Quota Exceeded, Own Stock, Blocked, Type IIa and Matched Pairs.
Update — refreshes all your listings, so they continue to appear on Rapaport Trade for another week.
Three-dot menu — everything else: Delete Selected, Export & Reporting,
Custom Columns, Refresh Selected Certs, Finance Diamonds and Bulk Edit Actions. These stay greyed out until you tick at least one diamond.
Choose how many diamond listings you want to view per page, at the bottom right of the table - maximum 250.
Sort your Diamond Listings
You can either quickly sort your listings simply by clicking on the column header, or sort on several columns at once:
Click on the column header to sort your listings according to one parameter.
Or click Sort By at the top right of your listings and set up to four sorting levels, then click Apply.
Note: You can sort all columns except for 'Notes'.
Filter your Diamond Listings
Click the filter icon at the top right of your listings.
Filter your diamonds by shape, size, color, clarity, certificate number, Lot Number, Status/Availability, diamond location, and more.
Use Show Only at the bottom of the panel to see just your Cash Price, Quota Exceeded, Own Stock, Blocked, Type IIa or Matched Pairs listings.
Click Apply. You can then export your filtered list to CSV.
Export Your Diamond Listings
Export to CSV
You can export all, selected, or filtered diamonds to a CSV file.
Go to Manage My Diamonds.
Filter your list, then tick the diamonds you want. To export everything, leave them unticked.
Click the three-dot menu at the top right > Export & Reporting > Export Selected or Export All.
Export to XL via Rapaport Trade XL
Rapaport Trade XL users can easily export their diamond listings to CSV by going to the Rapaport Trade XL toolbar and clicking on My Stock on Rapaport Trade.
Customize Columns
Customize the diamond data you want to see on your listings page and even add more columns to your search results table. There is no limit to the number of columns displayed.
Click the three-dot menu at the top right of your listings > Custom Columns.
Tick the columns you want, then click Save.
To go back to Rapaport Trade's default columns, click Reset Columns in the same window.
