Manage My Diamonds - Item Page

A diamond's item page holds everything Rapaport Trade knows about that stone — full details, media, pricing position and ranking — and it is where you edit or share it.

To open it:

  1. Click the diamond's row. It opens into a detail panel underneath.

  2. Click the Diamond Item Page icon at the top right of that panel.

What's on the Item Page

  1. Lot #: the unique number for your diamond, at the top of the page. Use the copy icon beside it to copy the number.

  2. Diamond title: lab, shape, size, colour, clarity and finish.

  3. Media: images, video, plot and diagram, and documents. Click the pencil beside Media to add or remove them. Click here to read more about uploading diamond media, or click here to learn about navigating Manage My Diamonds.

    1. The image displays on the item page if it was uploaded directly to Rapaport Trade in JPG or PNG format.

    2. You can delete a diamond image from your own item page.

  4. Diamond Details, Additional Information and Source Verification, including a link to the grading report where one is available.

  5. Action buttons, top right of the page:

    1. Edit: edit and update your diamond.

    2. Share: share your diamond with your contacts or add a new email address. You can create a public link and choose whether to add a markup price or remove the price entirely. That link can be shared on social media or pasted anywhere, and you can preview the page your customer will see before you send it.

  6. Positioning, price and ranking, in the right-hand column:

    1. Your Diamond's Position: where this stone sits among similar diamonds on Rapaport Trade.

    2. Price and Availability: your asking price, discount to the Rapaport Price List, status, location and stock number.

    3. Pricing Simulator: check what your diamond's position would be at a different price. Click Settings to adjust how it compares.

    4. Ranking: average, best, maximum and top-10% $/ct and Rap% for comparable stones. Click Settings to customise your sizing groups and define your property flexibilities.

    5. Notes: add a private note against the diamond.

Update Link

Wherever data is missing, Additional Information shows an Update link:

  • Media

  • BGM

  • Shade

  • Inclusions

  • Eye Clean

Clicking one of these links opens the edit view for that diamond so you can fill in the missing detail.
