You can control who sees your diamond listings and block specific members' diamonds from appearing in your search results.
Block specific members from seeing your diamonds
To stop a particular member from seeing your diamond listings in their search results:
Go to Permissions > Blocking.
In the Blocked Accounts section, type the first few characters of the Rapaport Trade ID, member name or company name of the member you want to block.
Click Block.
Block specific members' diamonds from your search results
To exclude another member's diamonds from your search results:
Go to Search > Block Specific Members' Diamonds.
Type the first few characters of the Rapaport Trade ID, member name or company name of the member whose diamonds you want to block.
Click Block.
Unblocking members
You can unblock a member at any time by following the same steps and selecting Unblock.
Good to know: blocking here only affects listings and search results. It doesn't stop a member messaging you. To stop messages, block the member in Chats & Trades. See Chats & Trades FAQs.
