I can't install or update the app

Check your phone meets the minimum requirements.

Update the app

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

  2. Search for Rapaport Trade.

  3. Tap Update. If you only see Open, you already have the latest version.

Clear the cache or data (Android)

  1. Open your phone's Settings > Apps > Rapaport Trade > Storage.

  2. Tap Clear cache. If the problem continues, tap Clear data as well.

After clearing data you'll need to log in again.

Reinstall the app (iPhone)

Delete the Rapaport Trade app, download it again from the App Store and log in.

Check no one else is using your login

Rapaport Trade allows one login per user. If your login is used on another device, you'll be logged out. Read more about logins and devices.

Minimum requirements

  • iPhone: iOS 15 or later

  • Android: Android 11 or later

Coming soon: the app will soon need iOS 17 or later. If your iPhone is on iOS 15 or 16, update it now so you can keep using the app.

On an older phone, update your operating system or use Rapaport Trade in your web browser.

Check your app version

  • Logged in: go to the app's Settings. It's the same on iPhone and Android.

  • Can't log in: check it as you would for any app, on the Rapaport Trade page in the App Store or Google Play, or on Android in Settings > Apps > Rapaport Trade.
