1. Quick Login Checklist
Before resetting your password, verify the basics:
Username format: Ensure you are using your Account Number or email as your username.
Credentials: Login details are strictly personal. Sharing credentials can trigger automated security caps and restrict your access.
App Users: Make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version. If it glitches, go to your phone's app settings and Clear Cache.
Browser Users: If you experience a looping login or an "invalid state" error, clear your browser’s cache and cookies or try an Incognito/Private window.

2. How to Reset Your Password
Go to the Rapaport Trade login page and click Forgot Password?
Enter your registered email address and click Send Email.
Open the email from service@rapaport.com and click Set my password.
Password Requirements
Minimum 8 characters.
Must include at least three of the following: Lowercase ($a-z$), Uppercase ($A-Z$), Numbers ($0-9$), or Special characters (e.g.,
@,#,*).
Forgot your username?
You can find your account number on any recent Rapaport invoice, or by navigating to Your Account ➔ Company Profile while logged in.
Not Receiving Password Reset or Verification Emails?
If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, it is almost always due to automated email filtering or security quarantines. Work through these steps:
Step 1: Check Local Folders
Verify you are checking the exact email address tied to your Rapaport account.
Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotional folders.
If found, move the email to your primary Inbox and mark it as "Not Spam."
Step 2: IT & Domain Whitelisting (For Corporate Networks)
If the email is completely missing, your company's firewall or email provider is likely blocking it before it reaches your inbox. Have your IT team whitelist the @rapaport.com domain.
Step 3: Train Your Inbox
To ensure consistent delivery moving forward, add our Safe Sender addresses to your email contact list and regularly open/interact with Rapaport communications.
