Rapaport Trade does not send trade details via email. The email contains brief information about the new trade. Click Please click here to access Chats & Trades to go directly to the offer and securely trade in Rapaport Trade's Chats & Trades.

Counter next to your Profile
Click the counter to open the Chats & Trades panel. It lists every trade and chat across two tabs — Chats and Trades — with a search bar to jump straight to a specific one. Trades with unread activity show a number badge on the row.
All communication regarding the actual diamond and the related trade takes place inside Rapaport Trade's Chats & Trades
Go to Settings Preferences to confirm where your Chats & Trades notifications are being emailed and request email updates
If you are ever unsure of an email you have received with Rapaport Trade details on it, please contact your dedicated Rapaport Trade client manager or local office.
