Can't log in to Rapaport Trade? Start with the quick checks below, then go to the section that matches your problem.
Check the basics first
Use your email address: In the Email / Username field, enter the email address registered to your Rapaport Trade account.
Mobile app: Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. If it keeps misbehaving, clear the app's cache in your phone settings (Android) or delete and reinstall it (iPhone).
Web browser: If the login page keeps looping or shows an "invalid state" error, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try a private or incognito window. If you see a white screen, see Supported Browsers and Display Problems.
Shared logins: Each login is for one person only. Using a login that's shared with someone else can lead to restricted access. See our Login & Password Policy.
Reset your password
If you can't log in
Go to the Rapaport Trade login page and click Forgot Password?
On the Reset Password screen, enter your registered email address and click Send Email.
Open the email titled Set your password from Rapaport Customer Service (service@rapaport.com) and click Set my password.
Good to know: You can only reset your password using the email address registered to your account.

Click your account photo in the top-right corner and open Password & Security.
Click Send password reset link.
Open the email and click Set my password.
Password requirements
At least 8 characters.
At least three of the following: lowercase letters (a–z), uppercase letters (A–Z), numbers (0–9), special characters (such as @, # or *).
Not sure which email is registered?
Contact us and we'll help. It speeds things up if you have your Trade ID (account number) to hand. You'll find it on any recent Rapaport invoice.
Problems with your verification code
When you log in on a new browser, device or app, Rapaport Trade asks for a six-digit verification code as well as your password. The code comes from an authenticator app, or by text message or phone call. We recommend Google Authenticator.
For how this works, see What Is MFA and Why Is It Important?
For setup steps, see Set Up MFA on Rapaport Trade.
Good to know: If you no longer have access to your authenticator app or registered phone, you can use your recovery code, or contact us for help.
Not receiving the password reset email?
If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, it's usually being caught by a spam filter or your company's email security. Work through these steps in order.
1. Check your other folders
Make sure you're checking the email address registered to your Rapaport Trade account.
Search your mailbox for Set your password, and look in your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
If you find it there, move it to your inbox and mark it as Not spam.
2. Ask your IT team (company email)
If the email isn't anywhere in your mailbox, your company's email system is probably blocking it before it reaches you. Ask your IT team to allow emails from the @rapaport.com domain.
3. Add us to your contacts
Add service@rapaport.com to your email contacts so future emails from us reach your inbox.
Think someone else is using your account?
Change your password straight away. See Reset your password above.
Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) if you haven't already. See Set Up MFA on Rapaport Trade.
Contact us so we can check your account.
Still can't log in?
If you've worked through these steps and still can't get in, contact us. We'll need to verify that you're the account holder before we can help.
