You control how your information and listings are displayed on Rapaport Trade. This article covers how to manage:

Settings & Preferences
Email Notification: set the email address for Chats & Trades notifications.
Positioning: customize your diamond sizing groups. Read more.
Pricing Options: decide how Rapaport price list changes affect your diamond listings.
Price Markups: set up to 5 automatic price markups to use when showing diamonds to customers. Once they're set, activate one and use it when showing diamonds to your customers.
Language: English or Chinese.
Trading Details: your shipping details and term sheet, which buyers see in the Terms tab of a deal.

Password & Security
Set Multi-Factor Authentication: strengthen security on your account by setting up MFA for you and all users.
API Credentials: your developer needs to create a login token to call our secure APIs or SDK packages.
Permissions
Listings permission
Give other members permission to show your Rapaport Trade inventory on their retail websites. Read more.
Blocking
Stop your listings being shown to a specific member, or stop a specific member's listings appearing in your search results. Set your blocking settings.
Good to know: this doesn't stop a member messaging you. To do that, block them in Chats & Trades. See Chats & Trades FAQs.
Manage gem visibility
Control who can see your gems on Rapaport Trade with the Gem Market setting.
Where to find it: go to Profile > Permissions > Gems Market.
How it works:
Choose your audience: select or deselect the countries and regions where your gems are visible.
Default settings:
U.S.-based sellers: gems are visible globally by default (all countries selected).
Non-U.S.-based sellers: gems are visible everywhere except the United States (and you can't turn on visibility for U.S. buyers).
Primary Contacts only: only the Primary Contact on your account can edit Gem Market visibility.
How to update:
Go to Gems Market settings.
Use the checkboxes to select or deselect countries or whole regions.
Save your settings. Your gems will only be searchable by buyers in the selected countries.
Trading
To trade efficiently on Rapaport Trade, have your shipping details and terms ready.
Shipping details: where your office is located.
Term Sheet: your sale terms for payment, shipping and returns. Buyers see these in the Terms tab of every deal.
